General Notes:

This LEED “Silver” project was a full gut / reconstruction of a 1950’s office building. It included geothermal wells (for unit heat pumps) located in the 3000 sf courtyard. Residents have access to a roof top gazebo which looks out onto a Green Roof fitted out with planters.
